Feeling tired in later life can come as a surprise. One day we realize that we are putting things off and we’d rather sleep or sit in the couch. Like many people, we migh think that fatigue shows up because we are growing old. Tiredness in old age is a syndrome called Anergia.

This loss of energy is common in an elderly person.  The common complaint in aging is feeling old, tired and rundown. Most of the time, fatigue hits a person around the middle age – 40s above. It is also linked to the common symptom of other illnesses such as arthritis, anemia, diabetes, and many more.
