Cutis Membership Terms and Conditions

Loyalty Points Membership

  1. Membership categories are VIP, Platinum and PPS (Priority Patient Service)
  2. Memberships are non-transferable.
  3. Any purchase at CUTIS will result in a VIP membership and will be automatically upgraded to Platinum Membership with a minimum Nett Spend of $8,000 or PPS with a minimum Nett Spend of $15,000 in a single or multiple receipts within a period of 12 months.
  4. Nett Spend refers to the amount paid on a purchase excluding goods & services tax (GST).
  5. VIP Membership does not expire, Platinum or PPS Membership is valid for 1 year.
  6. Platinum or PPS Membership will be extended for another year if, before the expiry date, the then valid Minimum Nett Spend to extend the Platinum or PPS Membership for another year has been reached.
  7. If Nett Spend is less than the Minimum PPS Spend before the expiry date, the PPS Membership will automatically convert to either a Platinum or VIP Membership depending on whether the Minimum Platinum Spend has been reached.
  8. If Nett Spend is less than the Minimum Platinum Spend before the expiry date, the Platinum Membership will automatically convert to a VIP Membership.
  9. CUTIS Dollars (CUTIS$) are earned by VIP, Platinum and PPS Members.
  10. Every eligible $1 of Nett Spend results in 3% or CUTIS$0.03 for VIP Members.
  11. Every eligible $1 of Nett Spend results in 8% or CUTIS$0.08 for Platinum Members.
  12. Every eligible $1 of Nett Spend results in 12% or CUTIS$0.12 for PPS Members.
  13. Treatment or Product Specials are not eligible for CUTIS$.
  14. Payment Instalment Plans are not eligible for Cutis$.
  15. CUTIS$ will only and fully be redeemed against subsequent purchases at CUTIS which cannot be on the same day.
  16. All CUTIS$ must be redeemed no later than 6 calendar months after being earned. CUTIS$ that are not redeemed within this period will automatically expire.
  17. CUTIS$ are non-transferable and, save for redemptions made against subsequent purchases, may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
  18. If a refund is obtained for any item for which CUTIS$ were earned, the CUTIS$ amount for the returned item will be deducted from the Membership account.
  19. If the CUTIS$ balance in the Membership account is insufficient to cover the rebate amount to be deducted, the rebate amount will instead be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded for the returned item.
  20. CUTIS reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions governing CUTIS Membership including its privileges and benefits without prior notice to Members.
  21. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law and, for purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, no party other than Cutis Medical Laser Clinics Pte Ltd and a registered Member shall be entitled to claim any benefit hereunder.
