Membership Terms & Conditions


  1. Membership categories are VIP and Platinum.
  2. Memberships are non-transferable.
  3. Any purchase will result in a VIP membership and be automatically upgraded to Platinum Membership with a minimum Nett Spend of $7,000 <Minimum Platinum Nett Spend> in a single or multiple receipts within a period of 12 months.
  4. Nett Spend refers to the amount you spend on a purchase excluding goods & services tax (GST).
  5. VIP Membership does not expire.
  6. Platinum Membership is valid for 1 year. Your Platinum Membership may be extended for another year if, before the expiry date, you incur the <Minimum Platinum Nett Spend>to extend the Platinum Membership for another year. If you incur Nett Spend of less than the <Minimum Platinum Spend> before the expiry date, your Platinum Membership will automatically convert to a VIP Membership.
  7. Rebates in the form of CUTIS Dollars (CUTIS$) are enjoyed by VIP and Platinum Members.
  8. Every $1 of Nett Spend entitles you to 4% rebate or CUTIS$0.04 if you are a VIP  Member.
  9. Every $1 of Nett Spend entitles you to 8% or CUTIS$0.08 if you are a Platinum  Member.
  10. Rebates will only be redeemed against subsequent purchases at CUTIS which cannot be on the same day. Rebate amounts do not count towards Nett Spend.
  11. All rebates earned must be redeemed no later than 6 calendar months after being earned. Rebates that are not redeemed within this period will automatically expire.
  12. Rebates are non-transferable and, save for redemptions made against subsequent purchases, may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
  13. When making a purchase, you may utilise only the rebates of your Membership.
  14. You may not use your rebates in combination with the rebates under another person’s Membership against a purchase.
  15. Platinum Members are entitled to a complimentary Dr. Sylvia Travel pouch with travel size products, 15% discount on purchase of Dr. Sylvia Skincare Products as well as a complimentary Hydra Clarifying/Anti-Aging Facial.
  16. By providing your personal information to us, you have given us your permission to contact you for marketing purposes via the contact preferences chosen by you. You may revise your contact preferences at any time. Some of your contact information may be shared with third-party companies that provide CUTIS with marketing assistance and other services. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.
  17. CUTIS Return Policy sets out the terms and conditions of all returns of items purchased, and may be found on the CUTIS website. All returns of items and refunds made shall be governed by the Policy then prevailing. If you obtain a refund for any item for which a rebate was earned by you, the rebate amount for the returned item will be deducted from your Membership account. If the rebate balance in your Membership account is insufficient to cover the rebate amount to be deducted, the rebate amount will instead be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded to you for the returned item.
  18. CUTIS reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions governing CUTIS Membership including its privileges and benefits without prior notice to Members.
  19. These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law and, for purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, no party other than Cutis Medical Laser Clinics Pte Ltd and a registered Member shall be entitled to claim any benefit hereunder.
