Dr. Sau’s skills and experience reflect her keen interest in facial aesthetics and women’s health.
Dr. Sau earned her medical degree from the historic University of Glasgow, UK, one of the top medical schools in the world. She also holds Certificates of Competence in Aesthetic Procedures to provide the full complement of treatments available at Cutis.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Dr. Sau relocated with her family to Singapore before higher education in Britain. This international outlook was furthered through medical training at top hospitals and institutions around the world including the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow and the Queen Mary Hospital of Hong Kong University.
In medical school, Dr. Sau developed first-hand an appreciation for the importance of one’s face by working with children with cleft deformities, and adult patients requiring facial reconstruction and reanimation after cancer surgery. During residency as a clinician-scientist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, this interest further evolved to focus on the overall well-being of the modern woman.
Dr. Sau hopes to provide comprehensive treatments for the increasingly cosmopolitan patient of today, from the perspective of a well-traveled and successful working doctor-mom of 3.
