Terms & Conditions:
Skincare Discounts: Discounts apply to all skincare products (including P-TIOX & HA Intensifier). Loyalty points are not issued on discounted items.
VIP Facial Milestone: Awarded once per calendar year upon reaching $2,500 cumulative net spend. Spend accumulation starts from 31 August 2025.
Tier Qualification: Status is determined by net spending in the preceding 365 days.
Referral Points: For both the referrer and referee, referral points are issued only when the referee completes a first paid visit with a minimum spend of $400.
Points Validity: The 180-day validity applies to all points issued on or after 1 Jan 2026. Points earned prior to this date retain their original expiry.
Complimentary local delivery is fulfilled via standard courier at Cutis’ discretion. Same-day, express, or on-demand delivery options, including Grab, are available upon request, with applicable top-up charges.
