After graduating from NUS medical school, he worked in hospitals in Singapore and developed an interest in skin conditions. Working for Allergan over 4 years, he conducted clinical studies in overactive bladder, masseter hypertrophy, & dermal fillers. Concurrently he set up training programs in botulinum toxin for local and regional physicians. Dr. Dennis attended the Early Experience event hosted by Allergan Aesthetics, among the first practitioners in Singapore to work hands-on with a hybrid injectable that combines hyaluronic acid for immediate volume and lift with calcium hydroxyapatite for sustained collagen stimulation.
The program highlighted a dual-approach to facial rejuvenation, addressing both immediate contouring and longer-term collagen stimulation. It was designed to provide practical, hands-on exposure to support clinical understanding and confidence in application.
