We are committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

Please call us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to give us an opportunity to reallocate the appointment slot to another patient on our waiting list. Failure to give 24 hours notice, or indeed not turning up at the allocated time, will result in

  • the utilization of the scheduled treatment package,
  • the forfeit of the consultation fee
  • prepayment of services before securing the next appointment.

Product Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Our policy lasts 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays) and applies to non-medical products only. Medical products cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected. Only regular priced non medical products may be refunded for credit only. Sale items cannot be refunded. We replace products if they are defective or damaged. Prepayment of Packages:
Generally, we do not provide refunds on any prepaid treatments or change of mind. However, we offer a 5 day cooling period during which you may request for a refund for all fully or partially paid packages and unused products purchased excluding fees paid.

Single treatment prices will be applied for refund on underutilized packages.
Prepaid treatments are non-transferable to another patient.
Prepaid treatments are non-transferable to another area of the body.
